Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics or a related field.
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1).
• Experience with T&E processes and reporting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Concur or SAP FI is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and reviewing T&E reports and documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Verifying and processing T&E reports in Concur/Travel Light according to policies.
• Managing internal and external queries and coordinating stakeholders.
• Supporting internal control testing and documentation.
• Identifying ideas for continuous process improvement across business and IT.
• Supporting the T&E team during transitions and stabilization.
