Job summary

SEEPEX, a leading manufacturer of Progressive Cavity Pumps, is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Specialist with Turkish for its Poznań site. You will perform back-office and inside-sales tasks, ensure timely quotations and order processing, and provide technical and commercial support to customers across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education or graduation approaching, thesis in progress.
• First practical experience in technical customer support, sales, or application engineering — internships or working student experience welcome.
• Basic technical understanding.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, product specifications, and configuration parameters.
• Experience in quotation preparation, pricing, or basic commercial processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for customers from the office environment across the EMEA region.
• Preparing, tracking and reviewing offers from a technical and commercial point of view, including follow‑up of open quotations.
• Supporting active customer management within the EMEA region, including proactive customer contact via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Supporting the sales of pumps, systems and spare parts, including technical clarification and commercial coordination with field sales.
• Coordinating with the headquarter in Bottrop and field sales colleagues.
• Tracking projects and offers according to company systems.
• Preparing orders and coordinating interfaces with head office departments.
• Supporting the implementation of projects in cooperation with head office departments, field sales and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining and updating customer and project data in accordance with the respective systems of the company.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, workshops and training seminars for customers and service partners.

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Junior Engineer performs key back‑office and inside‑sales activities within the European Center of Excellence (CoE). The role ensures accurate and timely quotation and order processing, provides technical and commercial support to customers across EMEA, and contributes to consistently high customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and standardized CoE processes.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for customers from the office environment across the EMEA region
• Preparing, tracking and reviewing offers from a technical and commercial point of view, including follow‑up of open quotations
• Supporting active customer management within the EMEA region, including proactive customer contact via phone, email and virtual meetings
• Supporting the sales of pumps, systems and spare parts, including technical clarification and commercial coordination in close cooperation with field sales
• Collaborating closely with the local office team as well as coordinating activities with the headquarter in Bottrop and field sales colleagues
• Tracking projects and offers according to the respective systems of the company
• Preparing orders and coordinating interfaces with relevant head office departments
• Supporting the implementation of projects in cooperation with head office departments, field sales and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating customer and project data in accordance with the respective systems of the company
• Supporting the preparation and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns in coordination with Sales and Marketing
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, workshops and training seminars for customers and service partners
• Clarifying and coordinating warranty claims in cooperation with the Customer Service Department and external service partners
• Working as part of the COE team, reporting directly to the Team Leader COE
• Participating in internal and external training workshops at head office

Basic Qualifications

• Completed technical education or graduation approaching, thesis in progress (e.g., Bachelor’s degree or a comparable technical field).
• First practical experience in technical customer support, sales, or application engineering — internships or working student experience also welcome.
• Basic technical understanding

Key Competencies

• Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and comfortable leveraging AI‑based tools.
• Very good English and Turkish skills (written and spoken) required for EMEA customer support.
• Polish written and spoken
• Additional language skills (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian) are an advantage.
