Job summary

Çalık Energi in Kozienice, Poland is seeking a PTW (Permit to Work) Supervisor for its major power plant project. You will coordinate daily schedules with Construction, Subcontractors and HSE, and manage permit processes to ensure safe, compliant workflow.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with construction or industrial project experience, and communicates effectively in Polish and English. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s degree.
• Construction sector or industrial project experience.
• Experience in conducting PTW inspections, audits and follow-up of the actions.
• Good command of Polish and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational, strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily work schedule with Construction Department, Subcontractors and HSE.
• Suspend or stop the site work when conditions are not met or circumstances create unacceptable risks, ensuring proper revalidation before work restarts.
• Coordinate and support the processes for construction site.
• Follow up the permit submission, review, issuance, suspension, extension, handover, revalidation and close-out
• Review permit applications and supporting documentation including risk assessments.
• Identify conflicting activities, overlapping work and SIMOPS risks, escalating unresolved issues to the relevant responsible persons and management.
• Conduct PTW audits and inspections, and follow up on the actions.

We are looking for a “PTW (Permit to Work) Supervisor” for our Çalık Energi / Enea Kozienice 1300 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Project;

Work Location: Kozienice, Poland

Work Type: Full-Time/Project Site
