Job summary

Çalık Enerji is seeking an HSE Training Supervisor for the Kozienice 1300 MW project in Poland. The role focuses on coordinating induction and safety training for employees, subcontractors and visitors, and maintaining compliant training documentation.

You will work with HR, Construction and HSE teams to improve programs, track training validity and drive a strong safety culture on site, ensuring high standards across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–10 years of experience in HSE training, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of training documentation and compliance.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
• Very good command of Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HSE induction and mandatory safety training for employees, subcontractors and visitors.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations, tests and guidance.
• Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with legal and project requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Construction, HSE teams and subcontractors; support audits and inspections.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs based on assessments and trends.
• Organize role‑specific and high‑risk activity training (height, lifting, scaffolding, etc.).
• Monitor training validity, refresher needs and competency gaps.
• Promote HSE awareness and a strong safety culture across the project.
• Prepare training reports, KPI inputs and compliance summaries.

We are looking for a “HSE Training Supervisor” for our Çalık Enerji / Enea Kozienice 1300 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Project;

Work Location: Kozienice, Poland

Work Type: Full-Time/Project Site

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HSE induction and mandatory safety training for employees, subcontractors and visitors,
• Prepare and maintain HSE training materials, presentations, tests and guidance based on current site risks, procedures and lessons learned,
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with legal and project requirements,
• Coordinate with HR, Construction, HSE teams and subcontractors, and support audits and inspections related to training compliance,
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on assessments, feedback, audits and incident trends,
• Plan and organize role‑specific and high‑risk activity training, including work at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, excavation, confined space, hot work and emergency response,
• Monitor training validity, refresher requirements, attendance and competency gaps to ensure personnel are properly trained and authorized,
• Promote HSE awareness and support the development of a strong safety culture across the Project,
• Prepare training reports, KPI inputs and compliance summaries, highlighting training gaps and required actions.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree,
• Minimum 2–10 years of experience in HSE training, preferably within large‑scale construction or industrial projects,
• Strong knowledge of training documentation, records management and compliance requirements,
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
• Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills,
• Very good command of Polish and English.
