Job summary

Electrolux Krakow is seeking a Junior Technical Writer to develop and refine user manuals for major domestic appliances in an international environment. You will follow defined guidelines and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality documentation.

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Interest in new technologies – able to learn about new software and appliances in a short period.

• Multitasking skills - good in setting priorities in challenging environment and working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Precision and great attention to detail and focused on maintaining high quality of work.
• Knowledge of writing documentation will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update technical documentation following provided guidelines and standards

What you will do:

As part of our Content Development Team, you will write and edit user manuals for major domestic appliances. You will follow defined guidelines and process standards during creation of documentation while ensuring the highest quality of service while executing given tasks.

In this role, you will:

• Create and update technical documentation following provided guidelines and standards

• Learn and follow documentation processes related to manufacturing

• Support the team by completing documentation tasks on time and with attention to quality

• Perform basic quality checks on documentation and ensure accuracy

• Work with internal teams to collect information needed for documentation

• Participate in team meetings and meetings with stakeholders

• Work on assigned tasks while learning from and receiving guidance from senior team members

• Share knowledge and ask questions to support team collaboration and learning

• Follow Electrolux policies and act in a professional and responsible manner
