Job summary

Electrolux Group in Krakow is seeking a Junior PTP Specialist to join our central Finance team. You will support Procure-to-Pay processes, learn invoice handling, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple markets, gaining hands-on experience in a global finance environment.

The role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid work with a Krakow office, and opportunities to develop financial and analytical skills while contributing to monthly closings and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Previous accounting experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming PTP documents accurately and efficiently.
• Support invoice processing and day-to-day Accounts Payable activities.

This is a full time, fixed-term position for 12 months.

What you’ll do

As a Junior PTP Specialist, you'll support our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations and play an important role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping to deliver excellent service while continuously developing your finance expertise.
