Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Junior PTP Specialist to support Procure-to-Pay operations across markets. You will process invoices, assist in AP activities, and help resolve PTP issues while developing finance expertise.

You will join a global finance team in Krakow, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to learn and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Previous accounting experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming PTP documents accurately and efficiently.
• Support invoice processing and day-to-day Accounts Payable activities.
• Investigate and resolve PTP-related issues in a timely manner.
• Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting tasks.

This is a full time, fixed-term position for 12 months.

What you'll do:

As a Junior PTP Specialist, you'll support our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations and play an important role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping to deliver excellent service while continuously developing your finance expertise.
