Job summary

Electrolux Group in Kraków is seeking a motivated Junior PTP Specialist to join our global Procure-to-Pay team. You will gain hands-on experience in invoice processing, supplier collaboration, and month-end activities within a flexible, hybrid work environment.

You’ll work with colleagues across markets, develop your analytical skills, and build a solid foundation for a career in finance. English fluency and strong Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Previous accounting experience welcome but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

This is a full time, fixed‑term position for 12 months.

What you’ll do:

As a Junior PTP Specialist , you’ll support our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations and play an important role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping to deliver excellent service while continuously developing your finance expertise.

In detail, you will:
