Job summary

Electrolux Group in Krakow is seeking a Junior PTP Specialist to support Procure-to-Pay operations worldwide and develop hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.

You will collaborate with global teams, learn financial processes, and contribute to process improvements while working in a hybrid environment on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Previous accounting experience is welcome but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit

This is a full time, fixed-term position for 12 months.

What you’ll do:

As a Junior PTP Specialist, you’ll support our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations and play an important role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping to deliver excellent service while continuously developing your finance expertise. In detail, you will:

• Process incoming PTP documents accurately and efficiently
