Job summary

Husqvarna Group in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Travel & Expense Accountant to join the AP team in our growing Shared Service Centre. You will process employee travel and expense claims, ensure compliance with policy, and support month-end closing.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and service orientation in an international environment, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to develop in Travel & Expense processes.

Qualifications

• University degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Process employee travel and expense claims according to procedures.
• Review expense claims and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Check compliance with Travel & Expense policy.
• Follow up with employees on missing or incorrect documentation.
• Respond to basic employee queries related to travel and expense claims.
• Support account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare basic reports and data related to employee expenses.
• Maintain data in the T&E system and support day-to-day activities.
