Job summary

Husqvarna Poland Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Travel & Expense (T&E) Accountant to join our AP team at the Warsaw SSC and help establish best-in-class service. You will process employee travel and expense claims, review documentation, ensure compliance with policy, and support month-end close while learning and growing in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while being a supportive team member
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Travel & Expense area
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, administration or customer service would be an advantage
• Previous experience with a T&E process or financial system (e.g. NEO, JD Edwards) would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Process employee travel and expense claims per procedures
• Review expense claims and supporting docs for completeness and accuracy
• Check compliance with Travel & Expense policy
• Follow up on missing or incorrect documentation
• Respond to basic employee queries about travel and expenses
• Support account reconciliations and month-end close
• Prepare basic reports and data related to employee expenses
• Maintain accurate T&E data in the system
• Support day-to-day T&E activities and process improvements
