Firma zajmująca się zdrowiem w Warszawie poszukuje Starszego Księgowego, który będzie odpowiedzialny za codzienną księgowość oraz zgodność podatkową. Główne obowiązki obejmują utrzymanie ksiąg rachunkowych, przygotowanie deklaracji VAT, CIT oraz współpracę z zewnętrznymi partnerami. Idealny kandydat powinien mieć minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w rachunkowości, biegłą znajomość języka polskiego oraz przynajmniej B2 w angielskim. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w rachunkowości, w tym co najmniej 3 lata w roli niezależnej lub starszej.

Responsibilities

• Zarządzanie pełną księgowością i zapewnienie zgodności podatkowej.

It’s part of the job.**Senior Accountant**We’re looking for a **Senior Accountant** to join our Accounting team and take full ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and tax compliance, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.**About the Accounting Team**The Accounting Team ensures that the company’s books are accurate, compliant, and transparent. We are responsible for full-cycle accounting, tax settlements, and financial reporting, supporting the organization in making sound business decisions.We work closely with Customer Support, Logistics, Management, and other finance functions, and cooperate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and tax authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance and operational excellence.**Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:****Full-Cycle Bookkeeping**Independently maintaining accounting books, ensuring accuracy of ledger entries, and managing the chart of accounts.**Tax Compliance & Reporting**Preparing VAT, CIT, and other tax declarations; overseeing EU VIES, GUS, and Intrastat reporting; ensuring timely and correct submissions to tax authorities and representing the company in official communications.**Month-End & Year-End Closures**Performing technical closing of the books, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and preparing trial balances and financial statements.**Accounting Expertise & Team Support**Acting as a substantive support and mentor for junior team members, solving complex accounting and tax-related issues, and sharing knowledge and best practices.**Regulatory Changes & Process Development**Taking ownership of tax and regulatory changes, implementing new processes, and ensuring the organization smoothly adapts to evolving legal and operational requirements.**Cooperation with External Partners**Serving as the main point of contact for tax advisors and auditors; preparing audit documentation and implementing recommendations.**Processing Complex Accounting Areas**Ensuring correct classification of costs and revenues, managing accruals and depreciation schedules, and supporting sales accounting processes.Being a part of the Tylko team goes beyond clocking in every day and keeping your head down.
