Education First in Warsaw seeks a Junior Student Coordinator to promote our Language Abroad programs to prospective students, guiding them from inquiry to trip completion. This fully on-site role requires fluent English and Polish, strong communication, and teamwork in a dynamic international setting.
You will engage with customers via email and phone, represent EF at fairs and universities, and collaborate with global teams to deliver outstanding EF Language Abroad experiences.

As a Junior Student Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Polish and Global Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip.
Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term promotion strategy
Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students
Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude
Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
Build strong relationships with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience
*This position is fully on-site. We believe that in-person collaboration enhances creativity, enables spontaneous exchange of ideas, and fosters strong team cohesion, elements that are essential for achieving outstanding results.
Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Full fluency in Polish (reading, writing, speaking)
Full working rights in Poland
Someone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
All additional languages are a plus!
