Job summary

Education First in Warsaw seeks a Junior Student Coordinator to promote our Language Abroad programs to prospective students, guiding them from inquiry to trip completion. This fully on-site role requires fluent English and Polish, strong communication, and teamwork in a dynamic international setting.

You will engage with customers via email and phone, represent EF at fairs and universities, and collaborate with global teams to deliver outstanding EF Language Abroad experiences.

Qualifications

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full fluency in Polish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full working rights in Poland.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.
• All additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote EF Language Abroad programs to potential students using our database.
• Maintain a high-volume outbound communication via calls and email.
• Motivate yourself and the team to reach promotion goals with a positive attitude.
• Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and universities to meet prospective students.
• Build strong relationships with global teams to provide the best EF experience.
