The IP Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our language immersion camps by ensuring smooth operation and a positive experience for both campers and staff. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with people, particularly teenagers, who have strong management and motivational skills. The IP Coordinator oversees all aspects of the camp, ensuring the safety, well-being, and engagement of participants and staff.
