A language immersion program provider is seeking an IP Coordinator in Poland. This role focuses on ensuring smooth camp operations, fostering a positive environment, and managing daily activities for both campers and staff.   • Assist in preparing and leading activities and events as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Programme Manager to manage camp logistics.
  • Ensure the well-being of teens and adults in attendance and provide support.

Job description

Role Expectations:

The IP Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our language immersion camps by ensuring smooth operation and a positive experience for both campers and staff. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with people, particularly teenagers, who have strong management and motivational skills. The IP Coordinator oversees all aspects of the camp, ensuring the safety, well-being, and engagement of participants and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day camp activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment for both campers and staff.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for staff and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Monitor the performance and engagement of International Participants and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist in preparing and leading activities and events, as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Programme Manager to ensure all camp logistics are managed effectively.
  • Ensure the well-being of both teens and adults in attendance and provide support when needed.

Travel Allowance: Lump sum to cover travel costs between starting cities.

Requirements:
  • English Language Proficiency: C1 or C2 level English communication skills.
  • Background Clearance: Clear criminal record, mandatory for working with Junior participants.
  • Valid passport from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
  • Must be available for a minimum 3-week assignment.
  • Proven experience in working with youth or in camp/education settings.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills in high-energy environments.
