Job summary

UPM - The Biofore Company is seeking a Junior Specialist, Supply Chain in Wroclaw, Poland. The role offers exposure to end-to-end value chain from forest to customer in a global environment.

You will support contract management, CRM implementation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in a related field is expected, with English fluency as a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in a related field.
• Experience in Order Management, Logistics, or other Supply Chain roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English; Finnish knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing sales contracts, loading orders.
• Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate from Finnish Food Authority for shipments outside EU if needed.
• Handle eArchiving of sales contracts.
• Support team in managing Third Party Sales and Purchase Orders.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Be part of introduction of new CRM system.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

What you will do

• Be responsible for managing sales contracts, loading orders
• Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate from Finnish Food Authority for each shipment transported outside EU if needed
• Handle eArchiving of sales contracts
• Support team in managing Third Party Sales and Purchase Orders
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis
• Be part of introduction of new CRM system
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s degree or are currently pursuing your studies
• It is an asset if you have any experience in Order Management, Logistics or other roles related to Supply Chain
• You can collaborate effectively with others while also handling tasks on your own
• You have great organizational and prioritization skills
• You are eager to learn new tasks, you are flexible and open minded
• You are fluent in English ; knowledge of Finnish is an asset

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Manager Supply Chain.
