Job summary

UPM is seeking a Specialist, Logistics Planning in Wrocław to join our Supply Chain Container Logistics Planning team. The role involves logistics planning, order management, and ensuring timely deliveries within a hybrid work model in Wrocław.

You will collaborate across Order Management, Production Planning and Inhouse Sales, bringing a hands-on, service‑oriented mindset and strong English communication. UPM offers development and a diverse, international environment.

Qualifications

Professional education and at least one year of experience in supply, production planning or logistics.
Good knowledge of supply chain processes, customer business, product, and service offering.
Dedicated team player with a hands-on attitude.
Service-oriented mindset and ability to solve complex tasks.
Proactive and adaptable to changing situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure perfect order fulfillment (order & delivery management).
Determine product availability.
Guarantee cost and service efficient logistics planning.
Plan and execute deliveries.
Optimize payloads with safety in mind.
Secure logistics capacity from service providers and register non-conformances.
Work proactively in deviation and exception reporting.
Act as a link between Order Management, Production Planning, Inhouse Sales.

We are looking for a Specialist, Logistics Planning to join our Supply Chain Container Logistics Planning team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wrocław.

What You Will Do

Ensure perfect order fulfillment (order & delivery management)
Determine product availability
Guarantee cost and service efficient logistics planning
Plan and execute deliveries
Optimize payloads by taking safety considerations into account
Secure logistics capacity from service providers based on agreed allocations as well as performance of logistics service provider and register non-conformance
Work pro-actively in deviation and exception reporting
Act as a link between Order Management, Production Planning, Inhouse Sales

Who You Are

You have a professional education and at least one year of relevant working experience in supply, production planning or logistics
You have good knowledge of supply chain processes, customer business, product, and service offering
You are a dedicated team player with a ‘hands‑on’ attitude
You have a service‑orientated mindset, and you enjoy solving complex tasks
You are proactive and you are willing to adapt to changing situations
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are considered as a strong asset
You have a good knowledge of IT tools

Additional Information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on‑site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Supply Chain.
