Job summary

UPM is seeking an Intern, Order Management with English to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland. You will start with basic order entry, learn our processes, and gradually take on more responsibility while collaborating with internal stakeholders across functions.

You will gain hands-on experience in a global supply chain, learn to use Salesforce and SAP, and contribute to timely customer responses in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• You are a student or have a relevant university degree, or basic experience in customer service or order processing.
• You are eager to learn UPM's culture, processes, and organization.
• You are willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of tools from Customer Cervices or Order Management will be an asset.
• You have strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders.
• You are team-oriented and a good networker.
• You have a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• You are interested in working in international teams and collaborating across multiple functions.
• You are fluent in English; German and other European languages are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
