Job summary

UPM is seeking a Junior Specialist, Supply Chain in Wroclaw to gain end-to-end insight from forest to customer in a global setting. You will manage contracts, orders and archiving, while supporting third party sales and procurement. Fluency in English is required and Finnish is a plus.

The role offers hybrid work in Wroclaw with opportunities to contribute to continuous process improvements and CRM implementation within a sustainable timber business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies.
• Experience in Order Management, Logistics or related Supply Chain roles is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with others while handling tasks independently.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to learn new tasks; flexible and open-minded.
• Fluent in English; Finnish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing sales contracts and loading orders.
• Apply for Phytosanitary Certificates from authorities when needed.
• Handle eArchiving of sales contracts.
• Support team in managing Third Party Sales and Purchase Orders.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders daily.
• Assist in introducing a new CRM system.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

In this role you’ll get a comprehensive insight into end-to-end value chain from forest to customer in a global working environment. What you will do

• Be responsible for managing sales contracts, loading orders
• Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate from Finnish Food Authority for each shipment transported outside EU if needed
• Handle eArchiving of sales contracts
• Support team in managing Third Party Sales and Purchase Orders
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis
• Be part of introduction of new CRM system
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

Who you are

• You have a bachelor’s degree or are currently pursuing your studies
• It is an asset if you have any experience in Order Management, Logistics or other roles related to Supply Chain
• You can collaborate effectively with others while also handling tasks on your own
• You have great organizational and prioritization skills
• You are eager to learn new tasks, you are flexible and open minded
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Finnish is an asset

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław. The position holder will report to Manager Supply Chain.
