Genpact is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support Germany & Austria markets from Kraków, Poland, with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for high-volume needs, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with clients to understand workforce requirements.

The ideal candidate will communicate confidently in German at C1 level or higher, hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and be proficient in Excel and Outlook to manage daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters) and Outlook for daily operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume hiring.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Screening candidates, including reviewing tool-based pre-recorded interviews.
• Recruitment funnel reporting.
• Collaborate with client to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Lead sourcing and screening extensively for high volume hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques to improve quality of delivery.
• Ensure new hire setup completion on Human Resource Management System (e.g., Workday) and Day 1 readiness, including employee ID creation and system access.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring managers on updates or required actions.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently in German at a minimum C1 level. You will work for Germany & Austria market.
