Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a Junior Project Specialist to support logistics projects for our clients, helping plan, monitor, and deliver tasks while coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a multinational environment. You will participate in project governance, track KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic logistics-focused setting.

The position offers a hybrid work model in Warsaw with two days in the office and ample opportunities for professional

Qualifications

I am looking for experienced specialists for an Junior Project Specialist position for our client in the logistics industry.

• Responsibility to plan, manage, deploy, mitigate risks and follow-up on assigned task, verification and control of KPIs, participation in meetings,
• Complex, proactive and solution-driven professional stakeholder management as per need and project situation in various governance set-ups,
• working on the migration projects in JIRA.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in running projects,
