ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on Vulnerability Management, Backup & Recovery, and Disaster Recovery Governance. The role entails coordinating across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Applications teams while driving delivery and governance at scale.

Offering a remote-friendly, full-time position in Poland with opportunities to work across ALTEN Polska branches and future projects.

Qualifications

5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or IT governance.
Proven leadership of Vulnerability Management initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Backup & Recovery and Disaster Recovery programs.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with critical systems.
Solid budgeting, governance, risk management, and executive reporting experience.
Ability to drive delivery and challenge stakeholders when needed.
Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS.
Exposure to regulated environments in large global organizations.
Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives including Vulnerability Management and Recovery Governance.
Own project planning, budgets, timelines, governance, and reporting.
Coordinate activities across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, App teams, and business units.
Monitor risks, dependencies, remediation plans, and milestones.
Support governance reviews for Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery readiness.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, service managers, leadership, and stakeholders.
Ensure delivery on time, scope, and budget.

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead a strategic, company-wide cybersecurity initiative focused on Vulnerability Management, Backup & Recovery, and Disaster Recovery Governance across business-critical systems.

Remote work (from any location in Poland)

Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives related to Vulnerability Management and Recovery Governance
Own project planning, budgeting, timelines, governance, reporting, and overall delivery
Coordinate activities across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, and Business teams
Drive accountability and ensure actions are followed through by responsible stakeholders
Monitor project risks, dependencies, remediation plans, and key milestones
Support governance reviews related to Backup & Recovery and Disaster Recovery readiness
Facilitate communication between technical experts, service managers, leadership teams, and business stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Requirements:

5+ years of Project or Program Management experience within Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Risk Management, IT Governance, or related environments
Proven experience leading Vulnerability Management initiatives
Strong understanding of Backup & Recovery and Disaster Recovery programs
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving business-critical systems
Solid background in project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting
Demonstrated ability to drive execution, challenge stakeholders when necessary, and ensure delivery against commitments
Experience managing risks, dependencies, remediation plans, and audit-related activities
Knowledge of cloud environments, particularly AWS
Familiarity with enterprise backup solutions such as Commvault or similar platforms
Understanding of governance, compliance, audit, and operational resilience frameworks
Exposure to highly regulated environments and large global organizations.
Advanced English - at least B2+/C1
