Job summary

Emerson in Warsaw seeks a Junior Project Proposal Engineer to deliver technical and commercial project proposals for Power and Renewables. You will support Emerson sales teams in pursuing new opportunities and apply standard processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams, act as Solution Architect for concept designs, and contribute to innovative, efficient proposals while adhering to ethics and information security policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Strong understanding of process automation, DCS and/or PLC systems, computer infrastructure and network architecture.
• Ability to work within defined timelines; excellent communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of technical and commercial project proposals to customers.
• Own the delivery of the assigned technical and commercial proposal scope following the standard process.
• Act as Solution Architect applying technical expertise for the concept design development of Emerson solution.
• Propose innovative and efficient solutions.
• Apply methodologies to minimize proposal preparation effort while maintaining schedule and quality.
• Keep stakeholders informed on status or challenges.
• Perform other responsibilities including Ethics and Information Security policies as needed.
