Job summary

Emerson in Warsaw seeks a Junior Project Proposal Engineer to deliver technical and commercial complex project proposals for the Power and Renewables portfolio. You will support Emerson sales teams in pursuing new business opportunities, acting as a Solution Architect to design concepts that meet customer requirements.

You will work on proposal delivery, ensure timely communication, and apply efficient methodologies while upholding quality and ethics policies.

Qualifications

Engineering degree is required.
Proficiency in English and Polish.
Strong technical understanding of process automation, DCS and PLC systems, computer infrastructure, and network architecture.
Ability to meet defined timelines with excellent communication.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Ensure understanding and satisfy customer requirements through remote communication or site visits.
Take ownership of delivery of technical and commercial project proposals scope following the standard process.
Act as Solution Architect applying technical expertise for concept design development of Emerson solution.
Ensure innovative and efficient solutions are proposed.
Apply methodologies to minimize proposal preparation effort while maintaining schedule and quality.
Keep stakeholders and proposal team informed on status and challenges.
Handle other responsibilities or tasks including Ethics and Information Security policies.
