Job summary

Emerson in Warsaw is seeking a Project Proposal Engineer to lead the autonomous delivery of technical and commercial proposals for small-scale projects within Power and Renewables, collaborating with sales teams to pursue new opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (written and verbal).
• Foundational experience in proposal development, sales support, or process automation.
• Understanding of process automation systems and IT basics.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver technical and commercial proposals for small-scale projects.
• Own assigned proposal scopes, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Act as a Solution Architect for smaller proposals meeting customer requirements.
• Contribute to larger or more complex proposals under leadership of a Proposal Manager.
• Apply efficient methodologies to optimize proposal development while meeting deadlines.
