Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Proposal Engineer/Solution Architect to drive the development of customer proposals from concept to delivery. You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating with the Proposal Manager to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes through remote collaboration and occasional site visits.

You will leverage knowledge of process automation and DCS/PLC concepts, use MS Office daily, and operate in a structured process environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (written and verbal).
• Foundational experience in proposal development, sales support, or process automation.
• Understanding of process automation systems (DCS/PLC) and basic IT/network concepts.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured process environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Exposure to Systems & Software project environments
• Knowledge of additional European languages
