Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing: gathering inputs, validating data, and preparing data for the payroll provider.
• Reconcile payroll outputs against HR data and flag discrepancies.
• Utilize AI tools to automate checks and build reusable workflows.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and assist with vendor communications.
• Maintain payroll documentation, checklists, and SOPs.
• Assist with audit and SOX compliance by preparing control files.
