Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing: collect inputs, validate data, and prepare data for external payroll provider.
• Reconcile payroll outputs against HR data and flag discrepancies.
• Work with AI tools to automate checks and build workflows.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and support vendor communications.
• Maintain payroll documentation, checklists, and SOPs.
• Support audit and SOX compliance activities with accurate control files.
