Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj is seeking a Junior Network Operations Engineer to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure, ensuring stable, reliable services across sites.

You will work closely with NOC engineers and onsite teams to analyse alerts and performance data, triage incidents, and implement approved changes while keeping CMDB records up to date. Collaboration with vendors and other IT staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of network technologies including LAN, WLAN, Firewalls and DHCP.
• Understanding of broader infrastructure technologies.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and vendors.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities
