Job summary

Outokumpu Katowice is seeking a Junior Network Operations Engineer to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot our network infrastructure. You will work with NOC engineers, network teams, vendors, and onsite staff to ensure stable services.

You will perform initial incident triage, analyze alerts, and support service restoration, while maintaining CMDB records and tickets. This role offers a hybrid work model and a range of benefits in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WLAN, Firewalls, and DHCP.
• Understanding of broader infrastructure technologies.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and vendors.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
