Job summary

Arup is seeking a Junior MEP BIM Modeller to join our Building Engineering team. You will work in an international environment on major projects, delivering high-quality BIM models and construction documentation using Revit and related tools.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, promote BIM best practices, and contribute to developing digital workflows and parametric design approaches across projects in Poland or Germany.

Qualifications

• Completed higher professional education or university degree (e.g. civil engineering with a specialisation in building services engineering).
• Revit building services engineering proficiency.
• 0 to 2 years’ experience as a building services BIM modeller, from conceptual design through to specifications and construction.
• Proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilise BIM methodologies to facilitate integration of design and construction processes across projects.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain accurate, high-quality BIM models, coordinate across disciplines, and produce construction documentation to support project execution.
• Promote BIM best practices, ensuring model integrity, data accuracy, and adherence to project specifications, while enhancing BIM workflows.
• Leverage modelling techniques and scripting to connect models and information flows across service disciplines.
