Job summary

Arup seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator in Poland (Kraków or Warsaw) to support project teams with BIM and modelling activities. You will manage BIM models, ensure compliance with BIM requirements, and coordinate projects using BIM tools across disciplines with a focus on efficient workflows and standard development.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in structural or MEP projects, strong Revit knowledge, and experience with CDE platforms, Navisworks, and Solibri.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in structural and/or MEP projects
• Strong ability to produce technical drawings and BIM models
• Proficient in Revit
• Experience with CDE platforms
• Knowledge of BIM information management

As aSeniorBIMCoordinatorat Arup, you will:

Support the project team in BIM and modelling activities.

Prepare and manage BIM models.

Check projects for compliance with BIM requirements.

Coordinate projects using BIM tools.

Prepare clash reports.

Manage the CDE platform.

Work with the BIM Manager to prepare BIM standards and documentation.

Investigate and develop more efficient ways of working through use of existingtoolsand automation.

Support virtual design reviews (drive models / take notes / drive implementation of actions specific to disciplines).

5-6years of experience instructuraland/or MEPprojects, contributing to more complex projects anddemonstratingcompetence in both technical drawing production and BIM modelling.

Very goodknowledge of Revit.

The ability to solve technical problems.

BIM& Information Management, or another relatedqualification.

Experience working withCDE platforms.

We also value:

Interest in BIM technology.

Knowledge of Navisworks,Solibri.

Programming skills using Python, Dynamo or Rhino.

Knowledge of building services disciplines, such as mechanical,electricalor public health systems.
