Job summary

Arup in Poland is seeking an experienced Architect to shape major projects from concept to construction. You will lead small to mid-size architectural assignments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive BIM-enabled delivery using cutting-edge digital tools across Kraków or Warsaw.

The role emphasizes feasibility, permitting, and coordination with cost and planning teams in an international environment, with a hybrid working model and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing buildings in architectural/engineering consultancy.
• Experience delivering building permits and detailed design documentation.
• Experience on industrial and/or technology sector projects.
• Strong understanding of the development process, including permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Proficiency in Revit and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural design services across all project phases from feasibility to construction support.
• Lead small to medium architectural projects with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver BIM models, drawings, schedules and specs.
• Participate in feasibility studies and support design strategies for new investments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design work and ensure timely project delivery.
• Plan and coordinate the architectural team’s work, monitor progress and liaise with cost/planning teams.
• Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to support permitting processes.
