Job summary

AECOM in Poland is seeking a BIM Modeler to join Bridges & Structures, contributing to a variety of transportation infrastructure projects in an international environment. You will develop BIM models from concept through detailed design, ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan, and produce drawings and documentation including reinforcement detailing and steel drawings.

The role requires at least 5 years of BIM modeling experience, advanced Revit skills, and familiarity with CDEs such as

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing BIM models for structural infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; Bentley OpenBridge is a plus.
• Experience in Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Forma or ProjectWise.
• Strong BIM workflows, standards, and requirements understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models for transportation infrastructure projects with LOD 200 to 350.
• Ensure models comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Create and develop BIM content for the Bridges & Structures discipline.
• Produce drawings and technical documentation, including reinforcement detailing and structural steel drawings.
• Support model quality reviews in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams distributed across offices.
• Work independently within a structured and collaborative working environment.
