• Experience in customer service, logistics and warehousing.
• Hands-on with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter orders into the system (sharefile/WMS).
• Coordinate loading schedules with warehouse and regional teams.
• Serve as liaison between central warehouse and sales administration.
• Monitor loading and resolve delays or stock issues.
• Log damages, shortages and investigate root causes.
• Prepare daily loading summaries and performance metrics.
