Correct Context is looking for a Junior Linux Engineer + Recruiter Engineer in Poland!
We leverage cutting-edge technology to optimize recruitment processes through automation and support systems.
This role is 50% pure software engineering and 50% recruitment process calls + optimization.
This role is for people who love hardcore engineering but also like to develop their soft skills.

As a Linux Engineer, you'll
- Design and implement software in Python, Flutter/Dart, Supabase, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, PostgREST (potentially a lot of other technologies)
- Optimize recruitment process applications
- Learn from people on various levels (both internally and externally)
As a Recruitment Engineer, you'll
- Be a technical recruiter (we have ATS and administration covered, but need somebody to help evaluate technical skills)
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills directly from their resumes/CV/surveys to ensure the right fit (also by doing programmatic tools and automating the process)
- Conduct technical screenings/interviews with candidates to quickly identify top talent (a lot of training here is provided if you want to develop your inter-personal skills to the next level)
- Provide valuable feedback after candidate interviews
- Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to keep the pipeline flowing
- Be contact point with clients to understand their expectations and advise them on best practices (provided by our internal guidelines and trainings)
The candidate must have
- 1+ years of strong Linux experience (processes, memory management; not need commercial exp, but you need to be a power user, sysadmin, linux dev; more is better) - Linux needs to be your daily working environment
- Know quite well at least 1 programming language (Python, Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Haskell, whatever)
- Passion for psychology, communication, human behaviour
- You do not hate talking to people, especially technical people that you can learn from
- Fluent in English
