Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Analyst or Analyst with Dutch and/or other European languages for our Lease Administration department. The role focuses on analyzing lease agreements and abstracting data into clients’ databases, with on-site work in Warsaw.

The position requires strong English, data processing skills, and proficiency in MS Office. You will update databases, maintain lease dates, and collaborate with JLL teams to resolve queries.

Qualifications

• Analytical ability to analyze lease documents.
• Accurate abstraction and data entry of lease data.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to work individually and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent analysis of commercial lease documents.
• Accurate abstraction of documents.
• Diligent data entry within indicated timeframe.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance with the contract, update database with current costs and track and maintain critical lease dates.
• Resolve queries with other JLL teams.
