Qualifications

• Very good English and French/German language.
• Any other European language would be an asset.
• Experience in data processing and analysis of formal documentation.

• Good communication skills - written and spoken.
• Ability to work individually as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent analysis of commercial lease documents.
• Accurate abstraction of documents.
• Diligent data entry within indicated timeframe.
• Management of database and lease documents in clients’ portfolios.
• Regular preparation, release and updates of reports for clients.
• Administration tasks completion within the deadlines.
