Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Analyst to maintain lease databases, extract portfolio information, and prepare client reports on a hybrid work model.

The role requires very good English and Russian, accuracy in data processing and analysis of documents, and strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.

You will work independently and in a team, supporting timely deliverables and contributing to client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Very good English
• Very good command of Russian; any additional European language would be a plus
• Experience in data processing and analysis of formal documentation
• Timeliness and reliability
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills – written and spoken
• Ability to work individually as well as in a team

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent analysis of commercial lease documents
• Accurate abstraction of documents
• Diligent data entry within indicated timeframe
• Management of database and lease documents in clients’ portfolios
• Regular preparation, release and updates of reports for clients
• Administration tasks completion within the deadlines
