Job summary

Maersk Global Service Centre in Warsaw is seeking an OTC/Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst with Dutch language skills. You will manage AR issues for multiple entities, handle escalations, and deliver MIS reporting while driving working capital improvements.

You will translate Dutch business communications, collaborate with global teams, and support monthly/annual targets with a focus on customer outcomes and process standardization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch and English for business correspondence and customer interactions.
• Knowledge of AR processes including reconciliations and overdue accounts.
• Ability to create visibility models, analyse trends, and provide MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for AR issues across entities, handling escalations, reconciliations, and overdue accounts.
• Produce MIS reports, KPI/SLA reviews, and visibility models to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with upstream teams and third-party providers to improve cash flow and working capital.
