Job summary

Olympus Business Services sp. z o.o. is hiring a Junior Item Master Data Management Specialist to set up new items in SAP, maintain price lists, and create bills of materials.

You will collect information from purchasing and manage SAP data changes across the product lifecycle. Ideal candidates have a university business-related degree, very good English, and knowledge of SAP; Excel skills strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in a business-related field.
• Very good English language skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Office (Excel).
• Experience in working in a business environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up of new items in SAP based on predefined input.
• Price data entry in SAP and maintenance of price lists.
• Creation of bills of materials.
• Collection of information from purchasing department and set up of SAP data.
• Status changes of items in SAP.
• Blocking/ unblocking of items in SAP incl. documentation of history.
• Entry of item data changes in SAP along the product life cycle.
• Individual changes per item and/ or mass data uploads into SAP.
• Creation of SAP data queries and reports for internal customers.
• Support in issue solving regarding MDM e.g. together with warehouse providers.
