Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska seeks an experienced Master Data Lead to lead a 5-person team within our Wrocław Shared Service Center. You will coordinate daily operations, monitor KPIs, and drive standardization across Customer, Vendor, Material, and Employee data domains.

You will partner with Global Business Services and regional SSCs to improve processes and data quality. The role requires 3+ years in Master Data, strong leadership, SAP knowledge, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Master Data environment (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing or Sales).
• Team coordination or people leadership experience.
• Master Data domain expertise (Customer, Vendor, Material or Employee).
• SSC/GBS experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Master Data team of 5 specialists.
• Coordinate daily operational activities for timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor team KPIs and drive achievement of targets.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve Master Data processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Global Business Services, regional SSCs and local entities to improve Master Data processes.
• Create and maintain master data across Customer, Vendor, Employee, Material, FI and CO domains.
• Support Master Data governance, data quality reviews and cleansing initiatives.
• Prepare ICS reports and support compliance requirements.
• Maintain process documentation and training for new staff.
• Collaborate daily with international SSC teams across Europe and Asia.

Job description

We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry, offering life-saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.

Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław has existed since 2014 and brings together over 400 finance professionals supporting multiple European markets. We continue to grow and expand our scope of operations.

This is how your responsibilities would look like:

• Leading and developing a Master Data team of 5 specialists.
• Prioritizing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitoring team performance and driving achievement of KPIs and operational targets.
• Challenging existing Master Data processes and identifying opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
• Participating in special projects and initiatives assigned by the Process Manager.
• Collaborating closely with Global Business Services, regional SSCs and local business entities to improve Master Data processes.
• Creating and maintaining master data across multiple domains, including Customer, Vendor, Employee, Material, FI and CO Master Data.
• Supporting master data governance activities, data quality reviews and cleansing initiatives.
• Preparing Internal Control System (ICS) reports and supporting compliance requirements.
• Maintaining process documentation, manuals, instructions and desktop procedures.
• Training new team members and sharing Master Data expertise across the organization.
• Cooperating daily with stakeholders from EMEA as well as international SSC teams across Europe and Asia.

We also need to have some requirements, so here they are:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Master Data environment within Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing or Sales.
• Previous experience in team coordination or people leadership.
• Good expertise in at least one Master Data domain (Customer, Vendor, Material or Employee Master Data).
• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality.
• Goal-oriented mindset and strong leadership capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
