Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be a member of a team providing technical support for international customers.

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize problems and formulate resolutions.
• Assist in identifying resolution gaps and evaluating new services and processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to leads or client helpdesk.
