Miele Tehnica Romania in Poznań is seeking an IT Helpdesk specialist to provide first-line support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff. You will assist with onboarding and offboarding and help maintain IT services across the office.

The role includes preparing laptops and peripherals, managing equipment inventory, and processing incidents via ServiceNow, while keeping clear, up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications

• First experience in IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support.
• Communicative level of English.
• Willingness to learn IT procedures and troubleshoot issues.
• Good communication skills and approachable attitude.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a service-oriented mindset.
