ITDS in Warsaw is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and business roles. You will build strong candidate pipelines, optimize hiring processes, and support strategic staffing operations in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires 3+ years in IT recruiting, excellent Polish and English communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the city center office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting IT.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates (Developers, Architects, Infrastructure) and business roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
• Participate in creating and implementing strategy plans.
• Create trusted relationships with Consultants and Candidates.
• Grow our internal database of Candidates.
• Follow up the pool of Consultants and support their needs.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be working for ITDS. You will manage E2E recruitment processes and play a vital role in optimizing recruitment processes, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting strategic hiring operations. This position offers a chance to directly influence the speed and quality of talent acquisition, empowering innovative hiring strategies that shape the future of workforce sourcing.

Your main responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recruitment processes for mainly IT positions (Developers, Architects, Infrastructure) but also business roles (Project Managers, Business Analysts)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering)
• Participate in creating and implementing strategy plans
• Create trusted relationships with Consultants and Candidates
• Growing systematically our internal database of Candidates
• Follow up the pool of your Consultants and support their needs

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting IT
• Great communication skills, ability to build relations, professional attitude
• Sound judgment and ability to match candidates with projects
• Work effectively under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Team player who can also plan and deliver independently
• Proactive approach, multitasking, flexibility

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
