Job summary

DCG is seeking a Junior IT Analyst to join our client-focused team in Poland. You will analyze business needs, translate them into functional and non-functional requirements, and drive activities across stakeholders in multi-team change initiatives.

You will apply business and data modelling to support solution design, work with large datasets, and collaborate with business, IT and external partners. Strong SQL skills and Jira/Confluence experience are essential.

Junior IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
• Drive requirements activities within change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Apply business and data modelling to support solution design and software development
• Support downstream and reporting solutions working with large and complex datasets
• Facilitate collaboration across business, IT and external partners
• Provide technical and business insight for software development, decision proposals and studies
• Strengthen application robustness, scalability and quality in the production environment
• Ensure delivery according to agreed scope, standards, quality and timelines
• Collaborate with implementation teams in line with SAFe Agile practices
• Provide guidance, facilitation, coaching and review within the area
• Contribute to simplifying and modernising the application portfolio

Requirements:

• Strong requirements analysis skills, including functional and non-functional requirements
• Professional business and data modelling skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets

• Understanding of complex system architecture and communication methods
