Revvity Polska Sp. z o.o. in Krakow is seeking a junior attorney to join our legal department, focusing on contract review, EU regulatory compliance, and HR matters across EU jurisdictions. This role collaborates with senior counsel and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will own responsibilities with appropriate oversight and contribute to risk management and business priorities within a global health solutions company.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally in‑house or in a law firm advising corporate clients.
• Fluent Polish and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Contract Review: Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including vendor contracts, MSAs, NDAs, service agreements, and tender documents.
• EU Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and analyze EU regulations for impact on business operations and prepare internal guidance.
• HR Legal Support: Advise HR on employment law matters under Polish and EU directives, including contracts and workplace policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business teams to provide practical, timely legal guidance.
• Legal Research: Conduct research on Polish and EU developments and present findings to the legal team.
