Revvity, Inc. in Krakow, Poland seeks a junior full-time attorney to join the legal department reporting to the Sr. Corporate Counsel.

The role focuses on contract review, EU regulatory compliance, and HR-related legal matters across EU jurisdictions. You will work closely with senior counsel and cross-functional teams to protect the organization and support business priorities. The ideal candidate is motivated, independent, and ready to own responsibilities with oversight.

Formación

• Master's degree in law and 1–3 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Polish civil and commercial law with EU regulatory framework understanding.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Fluent in Polish and English; other EU languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (vendor contracts, MSAs, NDAs, service agreements, tenders).
• Monitor EU regulations (GDPR, AI Act, DSA) and prepare internal guidance for stakeholders.
• Advise HR on employment law under Polish labor law and EU directives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide practical, timely legal guidance.
• Conduct Polish and EU legal research and present findings to the legal team.
