Job summary

RTB House, based in Warsaw, seeks a Senior Employment Legal Counsel with strong in‑house experience to advise leadership on employment law and draft contracts for Polish and international entities.

You will partner with HR and Finance to implement policies, lead investigations, and support hiring, terminations, restructurings, and disciplinary actions. Fluent English and Polish attorney‑at‑law credentials are required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of employment law experience.
• Must be qualified as Polish Radca Prawny.
• Strong knowledge of HR law, regulatory compliance, and remuneration structures.
• Proven ability to lead complex legal projects independently.
• Excellent English (Legal English, C1).

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee HR documentation for legal compliance.
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts and related agreements for Polish and international entities.
• Advise on labor law and employment legislation across the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to implement internal policies and procedures.
• Advise leadership on legal risk in hiring, terminations, restructurings, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare reports and legal analyses to support internal decision‑making.
• Represent the company in labor negotiations, works council interactions, or union matters if applicable.
• Support compensation, benefits, and compliance‑related people processes.
• Lead or support investigations into workplace complaints (harassment, discrimination, grievances).
