Revolut Ltd in Kraków is seeking a Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and legal issues around our financial products. You will work with the Legal team to ensure growth remains secure, compliant, and scalable across markets.

The role demands 3+ years PQE and strong knowledge of Polish financial regulations, CCD, and debt recovery procedures. You will lead with a collaborative mindset and manage complex matters with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in regulatory law.
• Experience advising on financial regulations in Poland.
• Strong CCD and debt recovery knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsabilités

• Advise on compliance and legal issues for credit products in payments and banking.
• Draft customer-facing legal documents for these products.
• Support structuring and expansion of credit features while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Lead and execute strategic legal initiatives with timely delivery.
• Handle complex matters with tight deadlines.
